From developing strategic marketing plans and managing multi-channel campaigns to building corporate partnerships and expanding our non-GATE revenue, you’ll help ensure every programme reaches its target audience and achieves its enrolment goals.

Lead strategic marketing operations
Manage marketing and communication strategies aimed at generating increased revenue and market share
Prepare annual strategic marketing and business continuity plans
Set and achieve annual and quarterly income targets in agreement with the Executive Director
Conduct regular market research and environmental scanning to evaluate client needs, competitor activities, socio-economic trends, and best practices in higher education
Conduct product and market analysis on each programme and inform the Executive Director on opportunities, risks, and market outlook
Establish communications and position the institution/brand in key markets that support local and regional reach
Drive business development and partnerships
Utilise current and develop new individual and corporate client bases to market UWI-ROYTEC’s courses, programmes, and services
Oversee the operations of the Corporate Training & Partnerships Unit, ensuring effective programme design, delivery, client relationship management, and revenue growth
Consistently contact, communicate, and meet with existing and potential clients to determine and satisfy their needs
Promote the suite of programmes offered in collaboration with transnational partners
Design and implement appropriate interventions and/or referral to managerial colleagues for action
Execute integrated marketing campaigns
Develop all academic and corporate training campaigns with the goal of generating awareness, engagement, leads, applications, and registrations
Design and implement creative marketing strategies for all UWI-ROYTEC courses, programmes, events, and promotional activities including digital technology
Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and other promotional materials
Collaborate with academic departments to understand their programme offerings and create materials that effectively communicate their unique value propositions
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and marketing strategies
Manage communications and brand positioning
Draft speeches, official messages, and strategic communications for internal and external audiences on behalf of the Office of the Executive Director
Ensure all communications reflect the organisation’s brand voice, mission, vision, and the ED’s communication style
Track and analyse key performance metrics, including conversion rates, lead generation, and student enrolment
Make data-driven decisions for future initiatives based on performance analysis
Lead team and manage operations
Manage a team of marketing and sales professionals (Marketing Officers, Marketing Coordinator, Manager — Corporate Training & Partnerships)
Provide guidance and support to ensure team success in achieving established goals and objectives
Participate in the hiring of and training new staff
Prepare annual departmental budgets and regular programme budgets
Monitor programme-related revenue and expenditure on a regular basis and account for variances
Provide the Executive Director with monthly and ad hoc reports on departmental activities
Serve as a facilitator on external and internal employee training programmes as required
Collaborate across the institution
Collaborate and engage with the UWI-ROYTEC management team to obtain data and information
Provide guidance and support for effective promotion and marketing of the institution’s programmes and services
Work with various departments to develop and execute marketing plans that align with the institution’s overall goals and objectives

The bottom line: We're looking for someone with:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline
7+ years’ experience in marketing, business development, sales, or related fields
3+ years in a managerial role, preferably in the education sector
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies that increase revenue and/or student enrolment
Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
Experience tracking and analysing key performance metrics
Experience managing a team of marketing and sales professionals, including setting goals and objectives, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work environment
Essential knowledge and skills:
